Sector Funding
Governance and compliance readiness advisory, plus curated introductions, for public charitable trusts seeking CSR, grant, or philanthropic funding.
The Situation
A charitable trust with a compelling program can still stall a funding conversation if its trust deed, trustee accountability, or compliance status raises questions. ROPTS reviews your governance structure and documentation, confirms your 12A, 80G, and FCRA standing where relevant, and only then introduces you to CSR partners, grant providers, or philanthropic organizations whose focus areas fit your charitable purpose.
Our role ends at introduction. ROPTS does not disburse funds itself and does not guarantee a funding outcome — that decision rests with the partner or provider you're introduced to.
What's Included
A check on trust deed clarity, trustee structure, and whether decision-making and financial controls are documented the way funders expect.
Confirming 12A and 80G status, and FCRA registration where foreign contributions are part of the plan, before you approach a funder.
Matched to CSR partners, grant providers, or philanthropic organizations whose focus areas fit your trust's charitable purpose.
ROPTS Venture Capital provides fundraising advisory and introduction services. ROPTS does not directly invest in every startup it works with, and introductions do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of investment.
