A plain statement of what ROPTS is, what it is not, and what an introduction does and does not mean.

ROPTS Venture Capital provides fundraising advisory and introduction services. ROPTS does not directly invest in every startup it works with, and introductions do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of investment.
This page expands on that statement in plain terms. It applies to every page of this website, every application submitted through it, and every introduction ROPTS makes.
ROPTS Venture Capital is a fundraising advisory and venture-connectivity firm. We are not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, fund manager, or fund, and nothing on this website should be read as holding us out as one. We do not manage capital on behalf of investors, and we do not directly invest in every startup, MSME, SME, NGO, trust, or social enterprise we work with.
When ROPTS introduces an organization to an investor, CSR partner, grant provider, or government funding program, that introduction is a connection only. It does not constitute an offer to sell or buy any security, a solicitation of investment, or a recommendation that either party proceed. Any offer, term sheet, grant terms, or agreement that follows is negotiated and executed directly between the organization and the counterparty, without ROPTS as a party to it.
Completing the Readiness Review, being accepted into our advisory process, or receiving an introduction does not guarantee that any funding, investment, grant, or partnership will result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the independent judgment of the investor or partner and the terms both sides ultimately agree to.
Organizations and investors or partners are each responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement. ROPTS's review supports readiness and fit; it is not a substitute for the independent legal, financial, and commercial diligence each party should perform on the other.
