By using this website, submitting an application, or otherwise engaging with ROPTS Venture Capital ("ROPTS," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an application.
ROPTS is a fundraising advisory and venture-connectivity firm. We prepare startups, MSMEs, SMEs, NGOs, trusts, and social enterprises for fundraising, and we introduce prepared organizations to investors, CSR partners, grant providers, and government funding programs in our network. ROPTS acts as an advisor and introducer — never as a principal, broker-dealer, fund manager, or party to any resulting investment, grant, or transaction. Our role ends at introduction; the terms, diligence, and outcome of any relationship formed after an introduction are between the organization and the counterparty directly.

Either party may decline to proceed at any stage. Any commercial terms governing an active advisory engagement are addressed directly with your organization and are not established by your use of this website.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
