Every founder in our pipeline has already completed a Readiness Review — meaning their financials, cap table, and pitch materials have had at least one round of advisory scrutiny before you ever see them. Our role ends at the introduction: what happens next, from due diligence to term sheet, is a direct relationship between you and the founder.
