Before any introduction, ROPTS reviews your narrative, traction evidence, and cap table hygiene, then matches you against investors whose stated focus genuinely overlaps with what you are raising. Our role ends at the introduction; the term sheet negotiation and close remain a direct relationship between you and the investor.
This service is built for founders who want their fundraising time spent in front of investors who could plausibly say yes, not a wide net cast at anyone with capital.
