The Situation
Organizations often spend weeks preparing a grant application only to be disqualified on a criterion they could have checked upfront — a registration type, a compliance gap, or a sector mismatch with the program's actual mandate. ROPTS reviews your profile against the published eligibility criteria of relevant corporate, institutional, and foundation grant programs before you invest time in an application, then helps structure the narrative around what each program's evaluators are scoring for.
ROPTS does not award or disburse grants itself, and does not guarantee an outcome. Our role is to make sure the applications you submit are ones you were genuinely eligible for.
The Process
Step 1
We review your sector, stage, geography, and compliance standing to establish what you actually qualify for.
Step 2
We identify grant programs — corporate, institutional, or foundation-run — whose eligibility criteria genuinely match your profile.
Step 3
We flag any documentation or compliance gap that would disqualify an application before you invest time preparing one.
Step 4
We help structure your application narrative around what each program's evaluators are actually scoring for.
Step 5
Where our network includes a direct relationship with the grant provider, we make the introduction. The award decision is theirs.
