CSR & Grants
Structured, Schedule VII-aligned matching between corporate CSR programs and vetted NGOs, trusts, and social enterprises — so your CSR spend goes to organizations that genuinely fit your mandate.
The Situation
India's CSR mandate requires companies to direct spend toward defined focus areas under Schedule VII, but finding organizations whose programs genuinely deliver against those areas — with the governance and compliance standing to be a credible partner — takes real diligence. ROPTS maintains relationships with vetted NGOs, trusts, and social enterprises across common focus areas, and matches them to your CSR mandate's specific criteria before making an introduction.
Our role ends at introduction. The partnership agreement, fund disbursement, and Schedule VII reporting are handled directly between your company and the organization you choose to partner with.
What's Included
Matching your CSR mandate's stated focus areas to organizations whose programs genuinely deliver against them, not just describe them.
Confirming registration, 12A/80G status, and governance standing of any organization before an introduction is made.
A curated, documented introduction so your team can evaluate fit quickly. The partnership terms and reporting arrangement are agreed directly between you and the organization.
ROPTS Venture Capital provides fundraising advisory and introduction services. ROPTS does not directly invest in every startup it works with, and introductions do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of investment.
